"Mostrador" is the Spanish word for "counter," or offering. The menu is seasonal and changes daily. The offering is meant to be seen and experienced in the moment.
Argentinian Chef Fernando Trocca and restaurateur Martin Pittaluga bring their laid-back approach to asado cooking to New York with a menu showcasing fresh seasonal produce, Mediterranean-style salads, savory meats, grilled vegetables and freshly baked goods.
A decade ago, Trocca and Pittaluga created the first Mostrador concept in the stylish surfing village of Jose Ignacio, Uruguay. Since then, they have expanded to unique locations in Montauk, Buenos Aires, London and New York City.
