From Executive Chef Fernando Trocca and restaurateur Martin Pittaluga, welcome to Mostrador, New York City.
In 2012, Fernando Trocca created his first Mostrador on the beaches on Jose Ignacio, Uruguay.
According to Fernando, the concept has always been simple: "we aspire for our customers to feel as if they were among friends, to eat well, to have fun, and come back again."
Our "counter," or menu, is made from peak seasonal produce and changes daily. Grab a plate and come join us!

Lunch at Mostrador is all about choice. You see it, you like it, you choose it, we serve you. We make savory grilled meats to order and everything else is available for you as you desire it. Mediterranean -style salads, made-from-scratch quiches, grilled vegetables and more, the Mostrador lunch menu changes daily.
A dinner of small plates and South American wines is available Wednesday - Saturday from 6pm - 10pm.
