From Executive Chef Fernando Trocca and restaurateur Martin Pittaluga, welcome to Mostrador, New York City.
In 2012, Fernando Trocca created his first Mostrador on the beaches on Jose Ignacio, Uruguay.
According to Fernando, the concept has always been simple: "we aspire for our customers to feel as if they were among friends, to eat well, to have fun, and come back again."
Our "counter," or menu, is made from peak seasonal produce and changes daily. Grab a plate and come join us!

Lunch at Mostrador is all about choice. We make savory grilled meats to order and pair them with selections like Mediterranean -style salads, made-from-scratch quiches, grilled vegetables and more. The Mostrador lunch menu changes daily.
Indulge in our dinner selection of small plates paired with South American wines, offered Wednesday through Saturday from 6pm to 10pm.
